2. Products, Pricing & Accuracy
  • Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, specifications (such as 65W fast charging, 6-in-1 compatibility, and touch controls), and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect product colors.
  • Pricing: All prices listed on www.keshree.in are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
3. Shipping & Delivery
  • Dispatch and Transit: Orders are processed and dispatched within the standard timeframe specified on our site. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination address across India.
  • Risk of Loss: All purchases made from Keshree are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
4. Warranty, Returns & Replacements
  • Product Warranty: Keshree products (such as charging cables, TWS earbuds, and programming cables) come with standard manufacturing warranties as specified on the product packaging or listing. Warranty claims require valid proof of purchase and successful product registration via our official QR code portal.
  • Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidental drops, unauthorized tampering, liquid damage, or normal wear and tear.

5. Intellectual Property
